Vista Desk Properties for XP

This is the Vista Desktop Properties that Ive modded for XP. Though most of the controls are not functional but Ill find a way out. Makes me feel like pull my hair as the shell in XP is so lousy. However Ill try to improve this. Comments are most welcome

Download the modded dll and replace using the instructions of the replacer (Also in the rar file). No need to reboot. Just check the desktop properties now.

Updated UI to fill up the gap now and some other minor settings done.
