Well I uploaded a Vista Explorer previously too. This one has the following Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue with users unable to hide inactive icons.
Fixed allignment and sizing problems with the customize tab
No windows updates nags to update to a new explorer now.
Only for SP2 XP English .
