Extract the contents of logonui to your desktop and then merge newlogo.reg to the registry.
Cut/Paste Newlogo.exe in the system32 folder. Press windows Key+L to check your new login screen. Spanish language problem now fixed.

when i downloaded this the first time, i got the big frames version. when i downloaded it again because of an error i did in the logon screen, it had small frames! i have no idea why this happened...
