Updated my deviaiton. Thanks to :iconfediafedia: for suggestions. Despite of his busy schedule he is very helpful. Minor fixes in positioning and imaging.

Installation Instructions

Copy and paste to system32 and use.

If the sound icon is not showing in the system tray goto Taskbar properties. Click the Customize button. Choose the Volume notification status as Always show.
